GLOBAL EKAHAU WI-FI SURVEY ENGINEERS
Wireless confidence.
Wherever you operate.
DigitraX Global provides Wi-Fi survey engineers worldwide for design, onsite measurement, validation and troubleshooting—coordinated around your sites and project requirements.
YOUR PROJECT. OUR ENGINEERS.
From a local walkthrough
to a global survey programme.
Need an engineer at one location, a team across several countries, or an onsite survey resource working with your own wireless design team? We align the resources, equipment, survey method and handover with your scope.
Support for offices, retail sites, hotels, education campuses, warehouses, logistics facilities and industrial environments. Coverage, travel and specialist equipment are confirmed for each location.
THE RIGHT SURVEY FOR THE RIGHT QUESTION
Every stage of your
wireless network.
Choose a survey approach to see what it covers, when to use it and what you can expect.
WORLDWIDE ENGINEER SUPPORT
One point of coordination.
Engineers on the ground.
Onsite survey resources
Engineers collect the agreed survey data using the required methodology, floor plans and equipment. Your wireless team can retain design and analysis ownership.
A complete engagement
Combine preparation, onsite measurement, technical analysis and an agreed reporting package through one coordinated project.
A consistent approach
Align collection standards, templates, scheduling and progress updates across sites. Deliver location-specific files and findings.
Preparation matters as much as measurement.EKAHAU-BASED SURVEY WORKFLOWS
Measure the environment.
Understand the experience.
Survey equipment, software versions and required bands are confirmed for your project. Ekahau Sidekick 2 supports measurements across 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz; assessment scope follows local regulations and your deployed network.
Ekahau is a third-party product brand. Tools and test capabilities are confirmed in the agreed scope.
CLEAR EVIDENCE. PRACTICAL NEXT STEPS.
A report your technical
team can work with.
Deliverables are selected to match the engagement. An engineer-only visit can hand over collected files to your team; a full survey package can include analysis and recommendations.
- Ekahau project file and organised survey records
- Measured or predicted heatmaps, clearly identified
- Findings and exceptions by floor, site or area
- AP placement, channel and power recommendations where scoped
- Prioritised remediation and follow-up actions
- PDF summary, agreed test results and site photographs
Illustrative report structure. Final content follows your scope.
FROM REQUIREMENTS TO HANDOVER
A structured survey.
A clear outcome.
Define
Confirm sites, applications, devices and acceptance criteria.
Prepare
Review floor plans, access, equipment and survey routes.
Measure
Collect the agreed onsite RF and client test evidence.
Analyse
Assess the results against the requirements and assumptions.
Handover
Deliver agreed files, findings and recommended next steps.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
A few useful answers.
Can you provide just the engineer?
Yes. We can provide an onsite survey engineer working to your collection standards, with your design team handling analysis and reporting. Equipment, software and file requirements are agreed before dispatch.
Do we need floor plans?
Scaled floor plans are strongly recommended. Share available PDF, CAD or image plans and indicate the required areas. Missing or inaccurate plans are reviewed during preparation.
Can you work across multiple countries?
Yes. We coordinate worldwide survey-engineer requirements and multisite programmes. Local availability, travel, access requirements and equipment are confirmed for each booking.
Is predictive design enough on its own?
Predictive design is useful before installation, but it relies on modelling assumptions. Onsite pre-installation measurements and post-installation validation help check actual site conditions.
Does every survey include throughput and roaming tests?
No. Passive RF collection, active testing and roaming checks address different questions. Client devices, test endpoints, access permissions and the exact tests must be included in the scope.
How do you price a survey?
The quote depends on country, site area and complexity, floors, survey method, access hours, equipment, travel and reporting requirements. Share the site details for a tailored proposal.
