USEFUL ANSWERS

Plan the right engagement.

Tell us equipment types, storage countries, stock volumes, required handling and dispatch frequency.

Do you own warehouses in every country?

Our global service uses suitable local storage and logistics arrangements. The facility, location, provider responsibilities and available capacity are confirmed for each programme.

Can you store customer-owned spares?

Yes, subject to agreed storage terms, handling requirements, inventory processes and the suitability of the local facility.

Can stored parts support SLA dispatch?

A regional spares plan can support dispatch programmes, but stock availability and transport timing are separate dependencies that must be included in the service design.

How are cross-border shipments handled?

Carrier selection, customs responsibilities, importer details and any restricted goods requirements are reviewed for the route and agreed separately.

What stock visibility can we expect?

Receipt records, allocations, movements and reconciliation reports are defined during scoping. A real-time inventory portal is not included unless specifically agreed.
