USEFUL ANSWERS

Plan the right engagement.

Share covered assets, site locations, desired SLA, support hours, spares arrangements and contract duration.

Can one maintenance agreement cover multiple countries?

Yes. We can coordinate a global support programme with site-specific assets, service windows and eligible response tiers clearly recorded.

Are replacement parts included?

Parts may be included, separately charged or customer-supplied depending on the agreement. Ownership, stocking and replacement responsibility must be defined.

Can you support equipment outside its original warranty?

Requirements can be reviewed based on model, condition, parts availability and local technical capability. Manufacturer-authorised warranty services are not implied.

Is preventive maintenance included?

Scheduled preventive visits and their tasks can be included in the contract. Frequencies, checks and reporting are agreed before service begins.

How are SLA targets confirmed?

We review site addresses, supported assets and operating hours, then document eligible response or arrival targets, escalation rules and any exclusions.
