Who handles your information

DigitraX Global operates this registration directory. Contact contact@digitrax.global with privacy questions or requests.

What we collect

Your registration type, name, company, email, WhatsApp number, country, city, coverage, skills, experience, languages, availability, indicative rates, tools, certifications, profile links and information you choose to add. We also record the submission date, reference and privacy notice version. A hashed network identifier is used briefly to limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the registration database by this application.

Why we use it

We use the details to review your application, manage our engineering and supplier network and contact you by email or WhatsApp about your registration and relevant assignments. We do not publish your profile, sell registration data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Access & protection

Registration records are stored in the website’s hosted database. The registration directory is restricted to the authorised site owner. Our hosting providers process data to operate the service. If you are selected for an assignment, any further sharing with delivery teams or customers will be explained and agreed as part of onboarding.

Retention

This initial registration directory retains submissions for up to 12 months. Expired records are removed when the registration service or owner directory is next used. A selected assignment may require a separate supplier record and retention notice.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your registration by emailing contact@digitrax.global. Include your registration reference and contact email so we can locate the record and verify the request. Only provide information relevant to professional assignments; do not submit identification documents, banking information or other sensitive data.

Registration & work opportunities

Submitting a profile does not guarantee an assignment. The team reviews suitability, availability and customer requirements before discussing any work and commercial terms.
