BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Service levels built around your sites.

DigitraX Global coordinates engineer dispatch for time-sensitive onsite IT requirements worldwide. We build the service around a defined ticket intake, priority model, coverage schedule, dispatch process and completion evidence. Each SLA identifies what is measured and where the commitment applies.

Define your requirements with one coordination team, while local resources support the sites and employees who need hands-on expertise.

USEFUL ANSWERS

Plan the right engagement.

Share your site list, desired 4hr/8hr/SBD/NBD tier, business hours, equipment scope and ticket volumes.

Does a 4-hour SLA mean the issue will be fixed within four hours?

Not automatically. Your agreement must state whether the target is acknowledgement, remote response, engineer dispatch or onsite arrival. Restoration and resolution are separate milestones unless explicitly included.

When does the SLA clock start?

The contract defines the clock start, commonly after a complete ticket is accepted within covered service hours. Missing information, site access or parts dependencies are recorded and handled under the agreed measurement rules.

Are 4hr and 8hr options available at every location worldwide?

We coordinate services globally, but time-bound commitments are confirmed against the specific address, resource availability, coverage window and dependencies. A site eligibility review is part of scoping.

How do same-business-day and next-business-day services work?

SBD targets the agreed milestone on the same covered business day; NBD targets the next covered business day. Local cutoff times, weekends, public holidays and the customer’s service calendar are specified in the agreement.

Can you support out-of-hours dispatch?

Extended-hour or 24/7 coverage can be discussed for supported locations. Engineer availability, travel and any additional charges are confirmed in the contract.
